Complimentary Loan Estimate Review
Before you commit, let Mike review the complete picture.

Mike reviews the details
Mike checks for fees worth questioning, an interest rate that may be higher than expected for your situation, and details that could change your payment or the money you need at closing.
You get a clear second opinion
Mike will contact you to explain what he sees, answer questions, and help you understand possible next steps without pressure.
What Mike will review
- Interest rate and APR—the rate plus certain borrowing costs expressed as a yearly percentage
- Discount points (upfront fees for a lower rate) and other lender charges
- Estimated monthly payment and cash to close—the total money you bring to closing
- The type of loan, how long you’ll repay it, and the details used to calculate your estimate
What this review means
- Some fees are third-party or required and may not be removable
- Your interest rate and loan costs depend on your credit, the home, whether you’ll live in it, and when you lock your rate
- A review is educational and is not a commitment to lend or a rate lock
- Mike will explain questions worth asking before you decide
A Loan Estimate is a standard three-page mortgage form. Want help reading it first? See the CFPB Loan Estimate explainer, or read our rate and closing-cost FAQs.
